Advisory
- Driving License along with personal ID (Aadhaar Card) is to be provided.
- The vehicle's documents (soft copy) will be shared with the rider.
- A bond is to be filled before taking the keys.
- Make sure you inspect the motorcycle before accepting it. One can also consider recording a video.
- Motorcycle needs to be returned at the specified date, time and location as mentioned.
- Delay of more than 30 minutes would attract penalty of additional day rent.
- The bike has to be returned in its original condition. Failure to do so will lead to penalty.
- Sufficient petrol provided to reach the nearest petrol pump/station for a top up.
- The Customer should not be less than 18 years old.
- A security deposit of INR 5,000/- has to be paid to the operator directly, at the time of collection of Bike.
Cancellation Policy
- f cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, no cancellation fees will be applicable.
- If cancellations are made within 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 10% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 3-6 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- cancellations are made within 0-2 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days
- All applicable refunds will be done in Account
Booking Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 15 minutes of successful booking.
